✦ Reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
✦ Reserve the right to decline any commissions that I am not comfortable with.
✦ Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
✦ Reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, as well as have them featured in my portfolio or in any publications such as art books. However, I take full responsibility in asking for consent beforehand, and if the client is not comfortable, I will respect their wishes to not have the commissioned work featured in any of the aforementioned publications.You (the customer):
✦ Reserve the right to upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels. However, please ensure to provide credit to me.
✦ Reserve the right to edit, crop, and resize the commissioned piece.
✦ Reserve the right to use the commissioned work for social profiles, banners or thumbnails. Credit is not mandatory, however it is highly appreciated!
✦ May NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent, or remove my signature.
✦ May NOT use the commissioned artwork for any commercial purposes or profits. They are for PERSONAL-USE ONLY. Please let me know if you plan to use it for commercial use. This includes reselling, redistributing, making prints, etc.General Terms:

✦ Slightly revealing/suggestive clothing is OK, however I have boundaries in regards to these and retain the right to decline a commission if I DO NOT feel comfortable drawing it.

✦ Please keep in mind that my art style is constantly evolving - the commissioned piece you receive may differ from the example illustrations.
Payment:
✦ All payments are done via Paypal ONLY.
✦ All prices listed are in AUD.
✦ All payments can either be done 100% upfront, or split 50% upfront, and 50% after the artwork has been completed.
Refunds:
✦ I DO NOT do any refunds or chargebacks after the artwork has been completed - If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
✦ I DO NOT cancel commissions once I have started work. If something happens and you want to cancel your commission, please let me know. I only allow full refunds BEFORE I have begun the artwork.Delivery Process:
✦ Commissions may take around 1-5 weeks to finish (more or less depending on my current situation). Please keep in mind that I am still a student, and any extra-curricular activities or health-related problems may delay a commission. I will send through an email/DM if any of this sort occurs. Communication is key, so I will attempt to update you as frequently as possible on the progress of the commission.Revisions and Working Progress:
✦ Changes are allowed BEFORE I start your commission. This includes adding or removing detail, changing the character completely, adding a character, etc. There is an extra charge for additional characters!✦ I will send through a draft sketch for approval. Afterwards, I will clean-up the draft for a second approval. In this phase, you are allowed to make edits or revisions. Please be aware, though, that I only provide a limited amount of revisions throughout the sketching process. Please don't hesitate to be upfront about the adjustments you want! After all the revisions have been made, I will send through a final sketch to ensure that you are satisfied with the sketch. I will then proceed with the rendering phase.✦ There will be a charge based on the adjustments if you want to make any unmentioned alterations to the final illustration. Any missing or wrong details from my side will be fixed for free. You will always receive the PNG file for the finished illustration.
